Our orders are shipped via DHL & Fed ex and if we will used any other service then we will inform you. If the product is ready to ship then orders are usually processed and leave the warehouse within 2-3 business days of your order date, not including weekends and holidays. You will receive an email when your order has shipped with a tracking number.
Normal delivery time for DHL & Fed ex is 5-6 days for USA and UK.
We are not responsible for any shipping delays caused by weather or unforeseen circumstances, including carrier delays. If you have any issues with your order once it has left the warehouse, please contact the carrier first as they will be the most adept at locating your package.
Please make sure when you are placing an order that you have the correct shipping address. For security reasons, once an order is placed, we cannot alter it in any way. If your order is sent to an incorrect address and returned to us, you will be responsible for shipping fees again. Please don’t forget to double check your orders.
If you need to make updates to your order (add an item or remove an item), or cancel your order, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as possible. We will do what we can to assist you. If the order has already been processed and is ready for shipment, no changes can be made. If you requested expedited shipping; unfortunately, we are unable to cancel your order since we prioritize those orders to get them to you on time.
